As an in-school dental program, our goal is to provide comprehensive care at school. When that’s
not possible, we refer parents to dental practices such as yours.
By joining our referral network, your practice will be listed on our website and on printed material
given to patients. The list is made available to parents who may be looking for a dental practice to
provide additional care.
There is NO COST to join or for copies of patient records.
